Shipping & Returns

We’re a small handmade business based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and every Walkology piece is carefully handmade and packed by us.

We truly appreciate every single order and your patience while we create your gear.

Processing Times

As all Walkology products are handmade to order, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and dispatched during standard trading periods.

During launches, sales or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post because they’re reliable, accessible and the easiest for our customers to manage.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Queensland: 1–4 business days
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional/Rural Areas: May take slightly longer

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post delays, peak periods or weather events.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels have been lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are unfortunately outside of our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll happily help you lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Walkology is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we absolutely want your gear to fit and function beautifully for your doggo.

Size Exchanges

If you have ordered the incorrect size, we may be able to offer an exchange provided:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is returned at the customer’s expense

Because all products are handmade, exchange availability may depend on stock and material availability.

Faulty Items

We take great pride in our workmanship and carefully inspect every item before shipping.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue so we can assess it promptly.

Please note that normal wear and tear, cosmetic brass patina/oxidation, accidental damage, chewing, scratching or misuse are not considered manufacturing faults.
